Open First Thursday at Lion & Lamb
Join us for an evening inside Lion & Lamb: a space for movement, breath and community in the heart of Cape Town.
Come experience the atmosphere of the space, explore what we offer, and take part in a short, accessible guided practice. Whether you are curious about Lion & Lamb, looking for a consistent practice, or simply want to spend an evening in a meaningful environment, you are welcome.
