Brothers Rising and Lion & Lamb are excited to announce a new collaboration.

Join us for a limited-space men’s work morning designed to ground with your brothers through breath, movement, fire, ice, journaling, meditation, conversation, and integration.

The morning will begin with conscious connected breathwork together as a group. A little bit of movement and stretching will be incorporated to allow the body to settle into the space and let go of the nerves in our system.

Together, we will explore the following conscious activities:
